30 years of service in a wide variety of investigative, administrative and patrol assignments including: Commanding Officer Field Control Division Origanized Crime, Executive Officer Narcotics division, Executive Officer Manhattan North Patrol, Chief of Criminal Investigations Internal Affairs.

Currently serving as Secretary, FOP Lodge 62.  Member since 1995

Investigator First Class (Retired 2007), Loudoun County, VA Sheriff's Office.

Former Special Deputy US Marshal Assigned to US Secret Service Metro Area Fraud Task Force- Washington DC Field Office.

27 Years in 8 Law Enforcement Agencies in Ohio, Virginia and DC.

Member of FOP Eastern Shore Lodge 62 since October 15, 2008.

Carlos Moyano. Sergeant with the Exmore Police Department. Been in law enforcement for 10 years. I'm a Field Training Officer, a General Instructor, a Firearms Instructor, and a Taser Instructor.

Retired in 2004 from the Virginia State Police after 33 1/2 Years.  Served as a Dispatcher in Chesapeake and Appomattox, a Trooper in Brunswick County and Smithfield, a Sergeant in Chesterfield, and the First Sergeant on the Eastern Shore.

Enjoying retired life through fishing, hunting and doing whatever I want.  "Every day is a Saturday!"
